Prayer is a way of life, a way to move through life with peace in our hearts. Prayer is the raising of one’s mind and heart to God or the requesting of good things from God, which we use to build our awareness of God within and to bring ourselves closer to God. And it is this awareness of God’s presence that keeps us poised and centered in times of challenge.
